Inspiration for the project

During my Industrial training period at the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital, I noticed that the health workers communicated through papers, files and forms. This method had a lot of limitations.

Doctors truly have terrible handwriting so it was a pain to read the info sent to us!
The secretaries getting the results ready had no medical training, so there were misinterpretations and corrections, leading to tremendous delays.
There were issues passing information around, and it led to some clashes that could have been easily avoided.
